To streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and a history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Please make sure you provide your full names, student registration and student Numbers when creating a ticket. This is important as it will expedite the process of providing the support you require.
To request a MUBS student email address, please provide your full names and attach a copy of your Admission letter when submitting a ticket.
